Ricoh Americas Corporation Solutions Deployment Group

The Solutions Deployment Group (SDG) raises awareness of document solutions and printing solutions by providing support to the sales and technical staff of Ricoh Family Group's distribution channels (click on a channel logo). SDG supports PRE-SALES* solution product activity.

Technical Training:
SDG deploys solutions through dealer visits, WebEx sessions, and seminars.

Support:
SDG demonstrates, provides technical support, and answers solution related questions. SDG is your key contact for customizations, working directly with Level 3 support.

Trade Shows:
SDG assists in set up, performs demonstrations, and provides technical assistance at events such as Alliance partner shows, national dealer meetings, corporate marketing events, and local dealer shows.
